Registration cost is calculated based on the options chosen.
Student / Ministry Worker: RM150
Working Adult / Non-Student: RM200
Children 12 and under in primary school: Free
Children 13 and above in secondary school: RM150
If you are a ministry worker and the sole breadwinner of the house, your spouse only needs to pay RM150. However, if your spouse is employed, then your spouse needs to pay RM200.
We count the year your child was born in - All primary school students (12 and under) pay RM150, and all secondary school students (13 and above) pay RM200.
Conference registration fees are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the registrant should notify AOY, but no refund will be given. Alternatively, you may find someone to replace your registration personally, but notice must be given to AOY before close of registration. (see question 6)
No, registration tickets are not transferable from year to year.
If you or someone in your group are not able to attend, you may transfer your registration
to another person as long as they need the same type of registration that you have, or
have a registration of higher value. For example, a student registration cannot be
transferred to someone needing a non-student registration.
Please note, you will be responsible for arranging to get the money from the person you transfer your registration to.
You will need to inform the person in charge of registration about the transfer of registration before the closing date. Last minute transfers will not be entertained and fees will not be refunded.
AOY provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All meals served are vegan friendly. Drinking water is provided as well.
Yes! Meetings on the Sabbath morning are open to the public and free to attend without a registration. This excludes the Friday evening meeting. You will need to make arrangements for your own Sabbath meals as the participants' Sabbath meals are pre-ordered.
Children age 12 and under may come with their registered parents free of charge and do not need to be registered. Parents only need to indicate the number of children under 12 and their respective ages in the registration form. All children age 13 and older will need to register separately as according to the registration table as outlined on the prices page.
Yes! AOY offers a free children's class for all young children. Parents need to indicate the number of young children they are bringing on the registration form. (See question 9)

For international participants, you may use Wise (previously known as TransferWise). For participants from the Philippines, you may use WesternUnion to transfer your registration fees.
You have to make your payment and upload the transaction slip as proof of payment by the close of registration. Any registration or payments made after the close of registration may stil be accepted but you may not receive a registration pack at the conference.
Yes! There is an early bird registration discount of RM20. However, to qualify for early bird, all payments must be made before the close of early bird registration. Failure to pay before the close of early bird registration will result in you having to pay the normal price. No exceptions will be made.

For participants from the Philippines, please take note that you will need to provide additional evidence to the Philippines Immigration that you will be returning to the Philippines after AOY. You can provide proof of employment or study in the Philippines. AOY will not be held responsible if you are denied boarding by your immigration.
We must receive your completed registration before we can send a letter of invitation.
No. You do not need to apply for a letter of invitation unless it is required by the immigration in your country, or by your school. The purpose of the letter of invitation is to aid attendees in obtaining visas from their embassies or obtaining permission for leave from school.
No. AOY is unable to obtain visas for international attendees. You can only apply for a visa in your current country. We can only issue letters of invitation that attendees can use to send to your embassy in order to obtain a visa to attend the conference.
No, you do not need to sign up for seminars ahead of time. Seminars registration forms will be available on the first day and availability of seats is on a first-come basis.
We are always looking for eager volunteers! Send an email to email@example.com and you will be contacted by email with further instructions.
There is no discount given for being a volunteer. AOY is a movement to train and develop self-sacrificing workers for the Lord. All AOY Committee members pay to attend the conference as well.
Attire should reflect the professional nature of the conference. We encourage smart casual attire during meetings and workshops and formal during Sabbath. Attendees are asked to respect the principles of Christian modesty and simplicity.
AOY does not provide sponsorship for attendees. We strongly recommend that you approach your local church or church leaders to enquire about sponsorship. However, if you are unable to get any support, you can contact us to ask for financial assistance as we do send out fundraising letters to fundraise for those who wish to attend but cannot afford to. We never want money to be the reason someone cannot be enriched by God's Word.
